We build and repair boat docks, boat slips, boat lift structures, floating docks, gangways, swim decks, cable railing, shoreline walkways and lakeside decks on and around Lake Granbury in Hood County, Texas.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes are provided free of charge and with no obligation. Any quote is based on the site conditions and information available when we look at the property. If additional scope or conditions come to light during the work, final pricing may change, and we will tell you before proceeding.
Your project agreement
All work is subject to a separate written agreement or proposal provided before work begins. The scope of work, materials, schedule and price for your project are governed by that document, not by this website. Where a manufacturer provides a warranty on a material or product, that warranty is given by the manufacturer and is separate from these Terms.
Permits and approvals
Lake Granbury is a Brazos River Authority reservoir, and shoreline construction on it is subject to the Authority's rules, as well as any applicable local requirements. Who obtains which approval for your project will be set out in your written project agreement. Nothing on this website should be read as a statement that we obtain any particular permit on your behalf.
Communications and SMS
Waters Edge Docks & More operates two separate text (SMS) messaging programs, and you may consent to either, both or neither when you submit a form on this website:
- Non-marketing (transactional) messages — quote responses, scheduling and project updates.
- Marketing messages — offers and service updates.
Both consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed while your quote or project is active; marketing messages, where you have consented to them, are expected to be infrequent. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and you will receive no further messages from that program. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (817) 964-5043.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
